My daughter underwent major knee surgery in December of last year at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX. I believe your team member, Ben Patterson, assisted her with her first post-surgery brace. She was recently cleared to return to sports, and our surgeon recommended a brace from your company to support her knee throughout her high school athletic career. Mr. Patterson measured her knee and thoroughly explained the different brace options your company offers. After discussing her needs, we selected the brace that would best support her moving forward. He then submitted the request to both Scott and White and the school insurance. When we later learned that the school insurance had expired and my personal insurance would not cover the brace, Mr. Patterson called to review alternative options. He went above and beyond to help us obtain the brace through financial assistance, even though he did not have to do so. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to support our family made a tremendous difference. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for his exceptional service. It is reassuring to know that individuals like him are part of your organization.

The friendly and professional way your associate Molly Miloy helped me was exceptional! Her Genuine interest in the reason for my call almost caught me offguard. Molly quickly gave me a couple of options to solve my problem, and she did so with care and concern for my best interest as the customer. In our culture today, Customer Service is only provided by the extremely well managed persons at the top. For well over 25 years, I have worked in small business, serving as a Recruiter/HR Director. It’s very difficult to teach sincere and genuine Customer Service in today’s market. I applaud you for recognizing the talents of Molly Miloy. I would like to commend representative, Nadia Carney for her exceptional customer support. She immediately communicated when there was a problem with my brace and actually met me at my husband’s MD appointment that same day. You bet she fixed the issue right then and there. She is an exceptional representative for your company. Her knowledge is deep and comprehensive. She had my utmost respect. Her approach is friendly and professional. Superlatives don’t do her efforts justice. She went far beyond and has made me a true fan of my brace. I cannot sing Keegan’s praises enough. I initially had some trouble with my ROMTech but Keegan was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He made the setup and demo so easy. I really appreciate that he took the time to work with me through the set up.
